Install Jetty with empty jnlp servlet
curl http://confluence.concord.org/download/attachments/15581/jetty-6.1.9-stripped.zip | jar x
Create the jnlp servlet with its resources
Create Mirror Jnlp Servlet War
Put this war inside of the webapps folder of the jetty-6.1.9-stripped folder created by the first command.
If you plan on updating this server often you might want to skip the last step of creating the war and just leave
the files unzipped inside of the webapps folder of jetty.
